Acha wine tourism. This new project of the Acha family, owner of Davide Bodegas y Viñedos, is at the head of the third generation of the founders of the winery. Its facilities are located in the Galician town of Villanueva de Arosa, in the province of Pontevedra, northwest of Spain. They have modern facilities with the capacity to produce 50,000 bottles and 7 hectares of their own vineyards in a privileged location in the Salnés Valley. The soils are basically made up of rounded pebbles and the climate has a completely Atlantic influence thanks to its proximity to the ocean; It enjoys extraordinary exposure to the sun and sea breezes that cool the crops.

The wine has a pale straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it begins with a lot of yellow and stone fruit (plums and apricots) to which the freshness of green apple is added. They are accompanied by non-bitter aromatic herbs such as dill and fine floral notes of chamomile. Very fragrant, rested gives off mineral nuances of talcum powder, hints of walnuts, hints of citrus and sparks of anise. A clean and attractive nose. The palate is very fresh in balance with a moderate smoothness that gives it a broader step. It has a very fruity flavor in which golden apple and lemon notes stand out. The acidity is present and well integrated, providing freshness. Quite long finish with a nice bitter touch. It has structure despite not having upbringing.
